Hi, I’m Dana.

I’ve spent my career turning ideas, challenges, and a lot of moving pieces into action.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in leadership and executive roles across nonprofits, professional associations, arts and cultural organizations, community organizations, and businesses.

I’ve led strategic plans, worked closely with boards, managed multi-million-dollar financial responsibilities, built programs and revenue streams, led teams and volunteers, developed fundraising and partnership strategies, and helped organizations navigate growth, change, and turnaround.

But some of my best experience has come from the people I’ve worked alongside.

Surgeons. Lawyers. Architects. Athletes. Programmers. Engineers. Educators. Entrepreneurs. Landscapers. Artists. Executives. Volunteers.

Working across so many industries has taught me how to walk into a room, listen, learn the language, understand what matters, and get down to business. I don’t need to be the expert in the room. I know how to work with the experts in the room and turn their knowledge, ideas, and priorities into action.

That’s what I bring to the table today.

I’m strategic when strategy is needed and hands-on when there’s work to be done. I’m personable, professional, curious, and practical. I ask questions, work through the noise, find the path forward, and get things done.
